Please read thorough all the information below, it is very important to follow all the rules and deadlines:
ALL required paperwork needs to be submitted for players to be eligible to play).
Print out a copy of Team Roster provided by Balling on the Beach and mail or email with the
following documentation on all players. (Team Name, division level, participating athletes and
coach’s contact information).
(Please make sure ALL paperwork is neat, legible.)
All final rosters must be submitted by June 1, 2020.

Balling on the Beach will provide two (2) Coach Credentials at check-in.
Additional Coach Credentials can be purchased at check in for $40.
Coaches must wear their credentials at all times. The credentials allow coaches admission into facilities and allow Coaches to sit on the bench during games. If you misplace or lose your credentials, you will have to purchase a replacement at $40.
The mandated coaching attire presents a professional appearance. Please refrain from coaching in basketball shorts, jeans, open toe shoes, tank tops, hats, sweat pants, etc.
Balling on the Beach would appreciate the following coaching attire:
Khaki Slacks/Khaki Style Shorts
Each Team is responsible for bringing their warm up ball.
Balling on the Beach will provide all Clock personnel and Home Team will provide Scorekeepers. The only people allowed at the score table are coaches, referees and score table personnel.
The schedule will be posted no later than, Tuesday, June16th by 9:00 pm. At the time of release, please review the following, gym location and game time.
There is a possibility that your games will be played in different locations.
Please be at your designated gym 30-minutes before your game time.
NO SHOW teams will automatically forfeit their scheduled games, and those games will not be allowed to be rescheduled.
Adult daily price is $15.00
Child daily price is $5.00 (children 5 and under are free).
Daily tickets are valid for all gymnasiums for that day only.
Players admission is free, all player must wear uniforms for admission into facilities
