Final Championship Game: Scheduled for approximately 6:30 PM on Sunday, June 15, 2025, followed by the awards ceremony

Approx. 25 minutes from tournament venues and official hotels
Please allow additional time for ground transportation from the airport to your hotel or the tournament site.

Hotel Policy – Stay to Play

Balling on the Beach is a 100% Stay-to-Play event.

To participate, all travel teams must book accommodations through our approved housing partner.

Do not contact hotels directly.
Discounted group rates have already been secured.
Teams must either:
- Book through the official housing link (provided below), or
- Pay a $500 hotel opt-out fee per team
Pay your tournament fee before purchasing airfare or booking hotels.
No refunds will be issued after May 10, 2025.
